To claim a refund or replacement, you must:

1. Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

2. Show the outer sealed packaging clearly.

3. Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses.

4. Highlight the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).

5. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠ Requests without valid video proof will be rejected.

🚫 Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds/replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect image, spelling, or design provided by the customer.

Minor color variations due to screen/display differences.

Delays caused by courier/shipping partners.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
