All customised products are subject to availability and production capacity.

3. Customised Products (E-commerce)

Custom and personalised items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has started, except in cases of defects or incorrect products.

Proof such as a clear unboxing video is required for claims of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.

As these products are made-to-order, minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur and will not be considered defects.

The order is placed directly on Amazon, not through First Gift.

Amazon is fully responsible for product availability, pricing, shipping, delivery, returns, and customer service.

We do not process, handle, or ship these orders.

5. Pricing & Payments 

All prices for customised items are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets).

We are not responsible for any transaction failures or delays caused by external payment providers.

For Amazon affiliate products, pricing and payments are managed directly by Amazon.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines for customised products are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote service areas.

Shipping charges are applied based on order value and destination, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

For affiliate (Amazon) products, shipping and delivery are handled entirely by Amazon and its partners.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations for customised items must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation may not be possible once production begins.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect customised products reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Refunds (if approved) will be initiated after verification, as per our Refund & Return Policy.

For affiliate (Amazon) products, cancellations, returns, and refunds are managed solely by Amazon as per their policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on First Gift — including logos, designs, images, text, and customised templates — is the property of First Gift and protected under copyright laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission from First Gift.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to block, suspend, or terminate user access if any misuse or policy violation is detected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
